With the finest facilities and a pampering service in a peaceful surrounding, Umah Pesisi is absolutely dedicated for comfort and privacy in the true Bali.
Accessible through a picturesque coconut tree-lined country road running through completely unspoiled emerald green rice, the Umah Pesisi is located in one the last preserved areas of the popular region of Canggu. It is completely isolated in its verdant settings. The rugged scenery, combined with a languid pace of life in an elegant atmosphere, makes this unique property an ideal getaway for demanding travelers.
Secluded behind the quiet traditional village of Seseh, this intimate property is located less than 50 meters away from the sea water, 25 km north of the international airport, a 20 to 25 minute ride from the nightlife of Seminyak and Kuta, 15 minutes from the temple of Tanah Lot, Bali's most visited attraction and the world famous Nirvana Golf Course. With one of the best surfing locations, Seseh is untouched and offers some of Bali s best luxury private villas.
Umah Pesisi stands on 600m2 land with 450m2 for the living. Part of the L-Structure has two storeys: spacious Master Bedrooms is located upstairs while Living and Dining (and kitchen) area is downstairs. Master bedroom is walled by thick glass to provide you chance to enjoy the green garden surrounded the bedroom. It is like a hanging Babylon garden. On the other side of the bedroom, there is an open balcony for sitting area with big L sofa facing the garden. The other two identical Guest Bedrooms are downstairs on the right wing facing the swimming pool. Each bedroom features DBL King Sized bed, air-conditioning system, an en-suite bathroom equipped with bathtub, rain-shower, run & cold water running system. An in room safety box is available at each bedroom.
There are only two satellite TVs at Umah Pesisi: one is placed at the Master Bedroom and one at the Living Area. A good stereo system is set for the whole property completed with DVD/CD player.
The Living Area is an open style located downstairs, next to the fully equipped kitchen. It features very big sofas with big two teak tables. The Living Area also serves as Dining Area. A big dining table is set behind the sofas at a higher position next to the fully equipped kitchen. There are enough seats for 8 persons to dine together. A choice of mene selection is available.
A nice rectangular swimming pool is available at the ground. Reviewing the position of the villa right in front of the bedrooms, when you come with toddler or active kids, we recommend you to request a temporary pool fence for protection.
Villa provides free un-limited use of WiFi broadband Internet access, however personal laptop is required. Villa Umah Pesisi is privately serviced by good team work including a full-time house manager, one full-time cook, three house-maids, one gardener & pool attendant, two security guards.
