Supremely well-situated in the heart of Seminyak and just 200 metres from the vast expanse of Seminyak sunset beach, Le Jardin Villas are within a 5 minute walk to some of best restaurants and nightlife in Bali, a 20 minute drive from the International Airport and only a 30 minute drive to Bali’s world class golf course at Nusa Dua.

The Le Jardin contains of nine units of villas with two bedrooms, and two units of villas with three bedrooms. All villas are each fully self-contained. The design concept accommodates privacy, comfort and luxury with all villas featuring an open-plan kitchen and living and dining areas with direct views to a private swimming pool and garden. All villas are two storeys within 200-245sqm of land. Master bedroom is at downstairs attached with the 32sqm rectangular pool. It is equipped with a king size bed. Second bedroom is upstairs equipped with twin single beds. Both rooms has its own private en-suite equipped with bathtub, shower, and toilet. Both rooms are also equipped with a flat screen TV.The open style living area is located at the first step after the entrance. This open style area also serves as dining area and kitchen. All are facing the pool. To provide better privacy to each room, the living area is also equipped with a TV.
Villa Le Jardin Three Bedrooms
All villas are two storeys within 350-365sqm of land. Master bedroom (king size) and wooden bungalow (king size) are located downstairs facing the 34sqm rectangular pool. While the second bedroom (twin single bed) is upstairs. All bedrooms are fully equipped with all best linens, and private en-suite (bathtub, shower, toilet). Each room is also equipped with a flat screen TV.The open style living area is located at the first step after the entrance. This open style area also serves as dining area and kitchen. All are facing the pool and its small lawn. To provide better privacy to each room, the living area is also equipped with a TV.
